BIG Building Membership for Buildings with More than 50 Lots

It is designed to meet the growing needs of building committees to develop a comprehensive approach through mentoring on strata issues.  It is not limited to a particular size of complex and caters for the needs of any sized scheme over 50 lots.

The subscription price is $10 per lot per year for every lot in the scheme or building.

Description

By becoming a building member, the UOAQ sorts house by introducing opportunities for your building by:

  • Higher Interest rates on Bank Working Accounts;
  • Discounted Insurance arrangements;
  • Assistance in tendering for Body Corporate Management Services;
  • Ability to enter group tendering for building services;
  • Provide strategies and assistance with a range of body corporate committee issues from a pool of experienced volunteers who have been where you are;
  • Recommend experts to assist further with issues that can’t be resolved with the assistance of a UOAQ volunteer.

Lot owners in the building during the Building Membership have the opportunity to subscribe for Individual Membership at a discounted rate.

Buildings that would like to subscribe for the big building membership should purchase membership in respect of every lot in the building.
