Our commitment to your privacy

We understand how important it is to protect your personal information. This document sets out our Privacy Policy commitment in respect of personal information that you may provide to us. Personal information

Other Information we collect

For each visitor to our web site, our web server collects the following information for statistical purposes:

If you are a registered customer or member for our online services, we may use your e-mail address to advise you of any news, upgrades or changes to our services.  It is our policy to only email customers who give us permission to do so. If we send you an email for a commercial purpose, we will give you the option of not receiving further communications of this nature.

Unless stated otherwise, in connection with a building membership the names and contact details of members on the building committee are understood by us to have been provided with requisite consents to disclose such details by the owners of that personal information and we may use such personal information in connection with the provision of services which were applied for.

To whom will we disclose your personal information?

To enable us to maintain a successful business relationship with you, we may disclose your personal information to: organisations that provide products or services used or marketed by us.  By providing us with your personal information, you consent to us disclosing your information to such entities without obtaining your consent on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes we are required or authorised by law to disclose your personal information. Circumstances in which we may disclose your personal information would be to a Court, Tribunal or law enforcement agency in response to a request or in response to a subpoena or to the Australian Taxation Office. We may from time to time transfer personal information outside Australia to countries whose privacy laws do not provide the same level of protection as Australia’s privacy laws. For example, we may transfer your personal information to the Asia-Pacific (including Singapore), European Union or the United States of America as a result of service providers to our website. We may also use cloud storage and IT servers that are located offshore (including Singapore). Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our visitors, users and members and the services they select.
